Your hosts, Michael and Maxean, aim to make your stay at Mayfield comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. They will be on-hand to help and advise you on how to get the best from your stay in the Highlands, they can even provide suggested tour guide information for you. Mayfield is a bungalow, so there are no stairs inside, however there are 4 steps up into the house. If you have difficulty with steps, please contact the house prior to making a reservation to discuss suitability as there are no disabled facilities.

Set in marvellous woodland, Fairburn Lodge (and Activity Centre) overlooks the beautiful and tranquil Strathconon Glen, only 30 minutes from Inverness. Located within the grounds of Fairburn House, Fairburn Lodge (and Activity Centre) has 12 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms, all of which are en-suite with shower/jacuzzi bath. Every room has a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Fairburn Lodge provides good food, including home baking and is located 150 metres beyond the splendid stone building of Fairburn House, which is now a care home.
